2. Purpose of the website

This website presents the Media.pt domain and allows visitors to request information about acquiring it. The business areas, photographs and video illustrate possible uses. The scenes were generated using artificial intelligence and do not represent an existing Media.pt team, service or business.

3. Acquisition enquiries

Submitting the form or an email is a request for contact. It does not create a purchase obligation, reserve the domain or conclude a contract. Confirmation that an enquiry has been recorded only means that the system received the message.

The price, payment terms, domain transfer and any warranties will be defined in a separate agreement between the parties. Any acquisition covers only what that agreement specifies and is subject to the applicable rules for registering and transferring .pt domains.

4. Responsible use

Users must provide accurate details, share only information needed for their enquiry and refrain from submitting unlawful content, spam or third-party data without a valid basis. Attempts to compromise the website's security or operation are not permitted.
